Delete your account

You can delete your eFreeNow account at any time. Deletion happens at once and can’t be undone. Signing out is not deletion.

How to delete

On the web: sign in, then use Delete my account below.
On iPhone: open eFreeNow, tap Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
Can’t sign in? Email support@phongle.dev from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account.

What is removed

Your sign-in account and its Google or Apple link, your business memberships, and the link between you and your Wallet claims, receipts, and request history. Valid claims are cancelled and their stock returns to the deal. If you are the only owner of a business, that business is removed, its live deals end, and customers’ unredeemed claims on them are cancelled.

What stays

Anonymous transaction history, such as past claims and receipts with no link to you, stays for up to 24 months so businesses’ records stay consistent. Backup copies that still hold your details last no more than 35 days.
